Journey to v10

Let's merge the evinse command with the base cdxgen command in v10.

I propose only keeping the data-flow (callstack) construction optional behind the current --deep or a new --with-callstack argument and making the occurrence evidence enabled by default.

We could perhaps begin the journey a bit early around the 9.9.0 release?
