Improvement on vesting contracts (Kopeboy discord)

Hi guys, I think there is still some improvements to be done on the Vestings:

• The state of the vesting, ie. if it's cancelled, it's not shown in the UI.
• The withdrawal amount to the owner is not shown either, nor the balance on the contract account, which after cancelling & unstaking should be owner_withdrawable + distributable (the latter is going to the vestee, even after cancellation, right?)
• The contracts shown on the Vesting tab of a DAO are not updated when their owner changes, eg: WYND & Max vestings are shown on the Juno Development Department but they are not owned by Dev Dept.
• We could unstake & withdraw JUNO from a cancelled vesting of which we were not the owners (juno1a4pjj5l4szl7kq8u4h07se3675fsqcfh66vtks7hlckgz2kpaq0ssn309f - please note it's on v2.1.0)
