[staging] Neumes have a delayed reaction to changing a staff's shape or tilt #1252

Here's what happens:

  1. If you change a staff's tilt, the neumes on it will jump up a bit;
  2. Once you fix the staff so that it's height matches what's on the page, you'll notice that the neumes aren't sitting on the lines and spaces properly.
  3. If you then move a neume component, all of the neumes on every staff you've edited will suddenly jump up. They still don't align with lines or spaces properly.
