Would like a simple update procedure for adding new Android apps (via apk files) so that they are displayed in fdroid. I believe this is now done via a script that generates to xml file. If that is correct, it would be nice if the upload of the files and the calling of the relevant script would run via the existing ElimuPi web interface.

update fdroid

  • add apk
  • update apk
  • generate xml file
  • create a database
  • add to HD
  • enable categorisation: invent categories + when new or existing apk: add to (new category)
