Drag Across Windows is a proof of concept that features the ability to drag a placed object into a completely different window of the same Scratch project! This could be the start of Scratch projects featuring multi-window/monitor editing, all thanks to TurboWarp's extension, Local Storage!
The Local Storage extension is one of the ways a project can send data to other projects. By writing data to local storage and then letting another instance of the project read it, we can allow a project in one window to communicate with projects in other windows, and in this proof of concept, I used that ability to enable dragging static objects between two or more windows. And it just works!

Refer to the Downloading and Opening guide for instructions on how to open the project.
