Line 32 in 3bab47a

trashLabel=[999];

move this above

wma_tools/Atlas_tools/bsc_inflateRelabelIslands.m

Line 27 in 3bab47a

[outAtlas] = fnDeislandLabels_v3(atlas,7,999);

and set it to - 1 or something so that this doesn't run in to problems when the input atlas legitimately features label 999
