Hello @JoeandTiva This chat doesn't include a payment system and you can freely download it to run it yourself. It sounds like someone using this chat has asked you to pay in order to get access. There are probably hundreds of installations of this chat (and modifications of it) running on the internet, so you should reach out to whoever is running the service you were paying for. It is also possible (and quite likely) that you fell for a scam.
