为适配精品贴等功能，在 danxi-static 总添加了 highlight_tag_ids 字段，内容为整数列表。每一个整数是一个 tag_id，需要前端为这些 tag 展现特别的强调外观。

（具体方案仍在讨论中，所以是 low priority + question）
