Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [Its annoying to dump large titles you dont intend to save backups of while doing batch dump]

Describe the solution you'd like
Among "Dump" and "Dont dump" add a third option "Ignore forever" to the batch dump option

This could easily be implemented by creating the batchignore file without actually dumping the content.
