It might just be an SOP, currently creating new accounts is an SOP and I think making sure this setting is enabled might also be, please double-check.

Part 2

We also need to/not sure if it is easy to do, suppress all SecurityHub findings related to root account passwords and MFA. The first price would be to disable/not deploy that rule at all..
