[7.58.2] Agent exiting due to system probe failure

We have started seeing task failures in ECS Fargate with the latest Agent (7.58.2). Investigation into this shows that the logs are producing this error:

Error: error while starting api server, exiting: failed to create system probe: no module could be loaded

It appears that it should be trying to restart that process in 2 seconds according to the log, but then it dies.

This is not occurring in our tasks with agent 7.57.2, so we are rolling back our versions to that one since we're not seeing issues there
