For use in other projects (like floodadapt and delftdashboard) having a conda install option is a nice to have

To get this done we also need a stable release/tagged version of hydromt_fiat (the last one v0.2.0 was made in October 2021)
We should discuss what needs to be in the next version and start tagging!
