Adaptation: run and combine Losses and Damages for adaptation options for event

Requirements:

• A network with hazard overlay
• Input data files for every adaptation option

Process

For every AdaptationOption in AdaptationOptionCollection:

• fetch the corresponding input data files
• Run losses and damages just like in Adaptation: run and combine Losses and Damages for BAU and other options #595
• Create a GeoPackage file named "combined_losses_and_damages_adaptation_options" with column "impact_AO_{OPTION_ID}" for every option. This is the impact for the considered event.
