• the "actual" cost for all adaptation options: from Adaptation: add option to Adaptation config to calculate cost based on fraction segment exposed #618
• Benefit for every adaptation option: Impact_0 - Impact_{i}

Steps

1. Calculate CBR (cost/benefit) for every adaptation option.
2. export to a gdf (link-based)
