Notification message for 0 files

After a new user signup, there must be a notification message "You have 0 files. We suggest to upload new files."

Well spotted, at the moment im working on implementing a new ui, so that
will be good on mobiles as well. I want to add a comment section on the
file view. I hope to add this soon.

Oh man i love matetial design, but i always find it difficult to make it
look good on my websites. At the moment i am trying to use elmental-ui.com
but maybe with your toolkit would look good as well. I will do some tests
with that, i want to keep everything very simple.
