Specific Demand

The dioxus-cli takes a long time to build on slower machines, so it would be nice to have official binaries available for download.

Implement Suggestion

The build and release could be automated with GitHub Actions.

Pre-built binaries for Dioxus CLI were checked in with #1358, though they're currently blocked by #1430. I have a fix open here: #1431

Currently, only x64 targets are being built because it's using the native targets for the three flavors of GitHub Actions agents (macOS, Windows, and GNU/Linux).
