_cache_num 参数默认值为 20，在页面流量较大的情况下，很容易引起 IO 异常 #87

即，每次生成验证码，都会同时生成 20 个验证码图片，并写入磁盘。
不知作者是出于什么目的加了这个私有变量，需要引起使用者注意，（目前是不可通过配置，修改的）
