Need to add TA Advice for dealing with room assignment conflicts

Twice now we have had incidents regarding conflicting room reservations for discussion or lab sections. Need to add advice on how to deal with this. In one case, a grad course showed up for its Wednesday schedule on the first day of class, which was booked for Monday schedule across campus. In the other, a Stat lab and a Chem discussion where booked in the same room at the same time. (Theoretically impossible.)
