A conda-forge recipe would make it even easier to install dynamorio on many platforms

need: install a specific versions of dynamorio in a condaenv in a container

e.g. jupyter/docker-stacks docker-stacks-foundation installs mamba, which installs packages from conda-forge

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Install the .tar.gz with another custom script, or a playbook without a package
• Build an RPM package for dnf e.g. with COPR and/or OBS Open Build Service, which builds deb and aur packages, too]

Additional context

• ostree (rpm-ostree) requires unlocking the /usr overlay before CMMI to /usr/local; packages that can be installed atop the (ostree native container) base image on upgrade or rebase are easier with rpm-ostree distros
