Small improvement (increment PATCH version)

Is your feature request related to a problem?

A user noted that sometimes they only need to generate diagnostics for a certain season (e.g., ANN). e3sm_diags has a seasons parameter, but zppy doesn't have a way to set that.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a seasons parameter in zppy to feed into the corresponding e3sm_diags parameter.
