Can not install models...

There is a lack of documentation to install models and run the application, as I know when you submit the open source code to GitHub at least you should be able to give clear instructions to install and run your open source, I have contributed to the community with several open source code, and this is the first time I am not able to install it, nor to have an appropriate way to get help to do it.
