Node size should be dependent upon number of occurrences of a specific node.

Do you mean according to the the stationary probability of each node? Because the data is a transition matrix (probability of going from one node to another). I feel like that would be too time consuming in terms of calculations.

No. According to how many times each node (or note) occurs.
