This script is intended to be used by the boot node, at the point the build and launch scripts have been executed by all nodes and a closed non-block producing chain has been setup.
Very highlevel description of the test to be performed:
- Use the eos snapshot tool to make a snapshot of the ERC20 distribution
- Use the snapshot to apply the distribution
- Setprods
- Burn keys and inform everybody to do this.
