LDC inputs will need a more sophisticated analysis - although the snapshot is summer 2024, the recency information on many records will be older - a histogram may be useful here or a short summary.
e.g is the air pollution data really still from 2022 (as the filename on DATA.md suggests) when a 2023 version is available (but maybe wasn't at the time of production)?
