I've never really used Mystical Agriculture, but I've seen people use the Minecraft version (which has the same name).
This mod is basically a way to use plants to grow things like dirt, iron, mese... and things like that. It has moreores and dye as optional dependencies.
It hasn't been updated since August 2019, but I loaded it into a Minetest world a couple weeks ago and everything seemed to work fine. I didn't test everything, and I was in creative mode, so that might affect it somehow...
