Random corrupted files are being created #1

So, I'm using CS-EBOT-LEGACY R12 and I've experienced this issue. Random files are being created and I can't access them nor delete them.

this issue is so deep I don't think it will be easy to fix.
It is about wrong String and char* handling in whole code.
