Issue description

DC-DC Converter only accepts 'Copper Cable' for inputs. Unable to utilize DC-DC Convert to step-up voltage (e.g. 200 ---> 800) as shown in the [Autominer][https://wiki.electrical-age.net/index.php?title=Autominer_example#Start_with_a_200V_power_unit) example.

Steps to reproduce

Create DC-DC Converter.
Connect to existing signal cable.
Place Ferromagnetic Core (Center)
Output (GREEN) && INPUT (YELLOW) will only accept copper cable.

Electrical Age version

1.17.0

That is intended. Electrical cables were first used to set the ratio, but they were replaced by copper cables.
