What's interesting here is that the latter is missing a d after 005.

Upon a closer look it seems that this issue is caused by the fact that this "name" reaches a hardcoded limit of 64 characters.

"hmm. if file names have a limit, would a viable workaround involve moving the map name to a folder name, and leave the GUID name in the file name?
eg: .../Saves/BTGhost_GTR-GeometricAbsolution/2e216ede3cf7a275764b04b5ccdd005d.uvx"
