New Node.js scraper to make it easier for 3rd parties to submit a scraper.

Check code from TongLi3701 (https://github.com/TongLi3701/Scraper). This looks to be an implementation for FOSTER (https://www.fosteropenscience.eu/courses). This code would need to be changed so that it was easy to add new scrapers.
