Plate Buffs doesn't work well with Nameplates

As mentioned in the title; while using Elvui's nameplates, platesbuffs addon doesn't show the debuffs correctly. Sometimes when you use a tracked spell by platebuffs, the debuffs are not there as it should be. Also sometimes, the tracked debuffs are shown on all nameplates at once even though they dont have the same debuffs.

As I have read on Atlantis forum, someone talked about this issue and added that 1.20 version was working fine.

I have just started to use this backported version of Elvui for Cata and would love to continue doing that.
