Issue

Phyto-Gro doesn't work on Botany Pots like Bonemeal
Phyto-Soil is not an acceptable dirt replacement in Botany Pots
Thermal Crops and Simple Farming Crops are not interchangeable for Villager Trades (maybe we add a 1:1 exchange recipe)

I think it would be worth working on this compat for 1.16.* as well. If I have some time today, I'll make it, and push it for review.
