Modrinth support #33
Comments
I've considered it, but I don't want to dedicate my time to it atm to be honest 😅 I also think it would require quite a bit of work, and I'm not sure how well it would tie in with this project. |
Hey there @NielsPilgaard! I wanted to follow up on this suggestion made last year regarding the addition of Modrinth support for your modpack. As your position change since? If you are more interested than ever, is there anything I, or the community, can do to help you out? The moves I found interesting from Modrinth are:
On a personal note, I really love their launcher as well. It works really well, and it's so fast compared to Curseforge. I'd love to hear about what I could do to help you out if you were interested. Let me know! |
Hi there! I am interested in supporting Modrinth, but I'm not familiar with the modpack uploading process, and I still have very limited time 😅 The following would be required:

Describe your suggestion
Has Modrinth support for this script been considered? I think it can be done via modrinth's API It would be optional and users would be able to choose between CF, modrinth or both.
Why would you like this added/changed?
I think CF is going in the wrong direction, I don't like overwolf and the new beta site is quite literally unusable. Modrinth seems less bloated, added monetization and is launcher friendly. A lot of developers have their mods/modpacks uploaded to both modrinth and CF anyways so think it would be worth to add.
