어떤 건 config에 들어가 있고 어떤 건 security config 안에 들어가 있고 동일성이 없음.
어떤 건 https://github.com/value를 쓰고 어떤건 Properties 클래스를 사용함
utils 패키지 정리 필요(infrastructure 패키지와 공용 패키지로 나눠야 될듯함)
