Incorrect Date Format

Using the reporting tools for transmission results in the incorrect date format (D/M/YYYY versus M/D/YYYY) for certain reports in the Facility Reports for Transmission solutions. When using 10.4 this occurs in the following reports:

• HCA Report
• Offshore Pipe Report
• Onshore SMYS Report
• Offshore SMYS Report
• Onshore Eliminated Leaks Report
• Offshore Eliminated Leak Report
• Known Leak Report
• Failures in HCA Report
• MAOP Determination Report

When using 10.2.1, this also happens for all reports above with the exception of HCA Report and MAOP Determination Report.
