How are these binary files generated?

They were downloaded from Checkpoint at some stage in the past , if I do not recall wrongly, through some university account. Actually, I think that my previous recollection was wrong: I found them online after a quite lengthy google search. The whole project started with me not trusting these binaries and the absurd library requirements they have.
