Use bullet point description for each *Param

Use bullet points to list all parameters of each *Param object.

So, I have updated some part to reflect this, but I'm mainly struggling with with reorganizing the text for the alignment part, both moving the QC explanation and better organizing the parameters explanation so that we have clear dot points. Would appreciate help with that @Danmarques29 and @annatagliaferri
