Ultimately we would like to know which adducts of a standard are detected and also what their relative abundances (if more than one are detected) to the main adduct are. We could use either:
the abundances of the different features assigned to adducts
or extract the full MS1 spectrum at the feature's apex (in high concentration), filter to peaks matching adducts of the standard and compare that (plotSpectraMirror) with the equivalent MS1 spectrum in low concentration.
