Il faudrait qu'il y ai à la place de la partie "commentaire" dans les questionnaires de satisfaction clients un bouton qui permet de créer un ticket directement. Ceci permettrait de suivre en direct le nombre de remontée des questionnaires qui mènent à une ouverture de ticket.
