In SBRG.next, the current way to select Heff terms is:

if not ((term.mat.Xs | term.mat.Zs) & self.phybits):

May change to?

if not(term.mat.Xs) & not(term.mat.Zs & self.phybits):

Because Heff term can not have non-empty Xs.
