- Fixed LuckyCoin dropping twice when dropped outside of the PD.
- Fixed TranqGun causing CustomItems in the target's inventory to transform into their normal versions.
- Fixed Implosion Grenade pulling players through solid objects.
- Fixed TranqGun, Sniper Rifle and MediGun having effects on damage types other than their own.
- Fixed SCP-1499 being able to place the player back into the map in an unreachable location after LCZ has been decontaminated or the warhead has detonated.

- Reflect the new CustomItem::GiveItem() overload with an overload for API::GiveItem() aswell.
