@AlManarah

We have a quick question about the accessibility needs section - we have thought of two options so far, please let us know which you would prefer:

a) I think this is what you suggested this morning - when we ask for the accessibility needs, we ask exactly what they need, such as:

  • Braille
  • Large Font Menus
  • Wheelchair Access
  • Audio Menu

b) Or we ask the type of accessibility options that they need:

  • Visual
  • Physical
  • Audio

And then in the information about the business we say exactly what they provide - as in the options from the first list.

Also, for whichever one is preferable, please could you suggest the full list of options you might recommend? We are unsure of the exact accessibility options that might be available

I think we can merge both of the tow ideas.
First of all Audio is type of accessibility not a disability.
I Think we can use the first idea.
And also we can make a connection between the disability type and the accessibility options.
For example:
I am a visual disable and I will come with a physical disable so I need accessible place for us.
Braille
Large Font Menus
Wheelchair Access
Audio Menu....
What d you think?

Yes, I agree I think this is much better.

For the accessibility options are there others we could be using as well as these four?

I have thought about it a bit and my list so far:

  • Braille
  • Large Font
  • Wheel Chair Accessible
  • Designated disabled restrooms
  • Guide Dogs Allowed (in the UK it is illegal to refuse guide dog's into a business, but I do not know the law in Israel)
  • Audio Assistance

I'm not sure if we want to say "Braille Menu" and "Large Font menu" as we will not only be looking at restaurants, but also shops and other businesses.

Great,
Abut Guide Dogs it`s the same as UK.
Braille, Larg font & Audio all of those are accessibility for any business.
You can add also a SMS message that use to inform the hearing disable abut there order or other things
