Alliance Selection - crossing off additional team after last pick

Describe the bug / To Reproduce
Selecting the 18th-ranked team also crossed off both the correct team and the next highest-seeded team from the list. After watching back our livestreams, it seems this happens after the last pick is made. If the last pick isn't the next highest seed, the next highest seed is crossed off as if they are going to be the next alliance captain.
