[repository schema] Add support for element versions

The scope of #208 was limited to the msgType attribute but uncovered a larger issue when looking at non-FIX protocols, specifically ISO 20022 with the concept of message versions. This issue proposes extensions to Orchestra to support the concept of element versions in addition to the existing pedigree attributes, e.g. e.g. added, updated, deprecated.
