Instances without a template are not visible but block IDs #210

Problem

Create an instance from an existing template
Delete the template and restart Broccoli
The instance will not be visible in the UI
Try creating an instance with the same instance ID again
???
Failure

FRosner modified the milestones: 0.7.0, 0.8.0

FRosner modified the milestones: 0.8.0, 0.9.0
