Enable filtering of log console entries

The log console can get cluttered and reading it difficult for this reason.

Extend logActivity() to accept and apply classes to log entries. Make the log's native type something can be easily filtered (like an unordered list DOM element using JQuery selectors, and then serialised for display Apply more visual styling to different classes of log entry and perhaps key fragments within them (success messages etc).
