Not getting responses back

I'm not sure if I'm missing something in setup, but I don't get response messages sent back via text for Default, Profanity, Blacklist, and Disabled. Messages come in from Twilio fine, but no response ever comes back to the senders phone. Any idea how to troubleshoot or is this a bug?

you could setup the same message in Twilio as a response and see if that gets delivered.

another issue is, if I text a name to the matrix, and send another text right afterwards, the second one interrupts the first. it would be great if it allowed the first name to finish scrolling, before the second was transmitted to the matrix.
