Fpp 8.3.1 on K8 Scroller

Describe the bug and Steps to reproduce:
A clear and concise description of what the bug is and the steps to be taken to reproduce.
Bought P4 80x40 1/10 scan panels from your pixel store. I tried every panel interleave option listed. I can not get a proper test screen. I then set the interleave to none, go to display testing, and starting from the first 3 channels, lit up one pixel at a time. I found the pattern to be this.

FIrst Pixel, Row 11, Pixel 5
Second Pixel, Row 1, Pixel 5
Repeats for 4 pixels (pixels 5-8 on each row)
Skips over 4 pixels (Pixel 9-12 on each row)
Continues the skip 4, light 4 pattern til pixel 80
Then repeats rows 12 and 2 doing that skip 4, light 4 pattern
This behavior is the same until the top half is lit. 4 off, 4 on
Then it fills in the skips starting at row 11, pixel 1, then row 1 pixel 1. repeats until top half is full
Then it repeats all the above the the bottom half.
