Mute current app shortcut?

I notice I do something that i want to quickly mute very often (while watching something else on the other screen, so no system-wide mute). I just think this would be neat to have.

I'd gladly help with code / submit a PR but i am not an experienced C# dev and I have trouble understanding the project structure right now. (maybe with a little more time I'll be able to do that)
