Description

Drop Down Arrow symbol mis-direction when TaskBar location is on top of the screen

Steps to reproduce

Move taskabr to the top of your screen (make sure the taskbar is not locked)
Click on Ear Trumpet icon
You will see the drop-down arrows point opposite direction
