Having the same issue, trying to do a sync and then it comes up [cycle] APIError: Internal Error and after a while Filen just silently closes. Trying to determine if Filen drops logs anywhere to see what's wrong.

Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA 4060, SSD.
Filen 3.0.40

Deleting the appdata/roaming/@filen folder, opening filen and letting it regenerate it, then recreating the sync seems to have solved this issue for me as far as I can tell.

Unfortunately, this did not resolve my issue. It crashes while attempting to recreate the sync, before the syncs are even enabled.

I believe I'm having similar issues. This may be, at least in part, due to a large sync I created.
I was given a warning, chose to proceed, and now the sync keeps coming back, even if I successfully delete it using the interface.
